Making Iced Chocolate Caramel Cloud Coffee Under 100 Calories
Cloud coffee, the latest delicious trend brought to you by the internet. But have you ever wondered how many calories are actually in your frothy coffee dreams? Well if you're anything like me, a huge yo-yo dieter, then the answer is yes. You are fully aware of the amount of calories in that full fat milk, those sweet syrups and the cream on top - and honey it ain't good.
Now it's coming up to summer, and we're all wanting to show a little more flesh than our oversized jumpers and coats were previously flashing, but that doesn't mean we have to cut down on treats like this.
I'm going to show you how to make delicious Chocolate Caramel Cloud Coffee... under 100 calories! That's just three and a half squares of Dairy Milk!
Here's what you need:
- Instant Coffee (any brand you like)
- Almond Milk
- Chocolate Caramel Truffle Skinny Syrup
- Boiling Water
- Ice
- Glass
- Bowl
- Whisk
- Table Spoon
- Straw (not plastic guys, think of the turtles)
Step One:
So first things first you need to prepare your coffee.
Put two level table spoons of coffee in your bowl (less if you prefer your coffee less strong)
Add two table spoons of boiling hot water
And add one table spoon of your Skinny Syrup
Step Two:
Now you have your coffee, water and syrup in your bowl you need to take you whisk and stir that up within an inch of it's life.
You'll notice it starts to go fluffy and foamy, and that's exactly what you want.
Like a blanket, the fluffier the better!
Step Three:
Now you're coffee mixture is fluffy you need to get your ice and your milk into your glass.
You can use any size glass for this, which is why I haven't included strict measurements.
I like to fill my glass about 2/3 of the way up.
Then you just want to pour your coffee onto the top.
Ooooooh, that looks good enough to drink!
Step Four:
Take your straw and give it a stir so the milk and the coffee melt together.
If you fancy a little treat, you can add some cream on top (only a little though or you'll be going over your 100 calories)
And 'Bon Appetite Baby' - you're done!
